Ep. 23 The Balance Between Being Alone and Being Deeply Connected
In this episode, I talk about the balance of deeply valuing alone time and relationships. The part of me that needs solitude to think, reset, and feel grounded, and the part of me that values deep relationships and meaningful connection. These sides seem opposite, but for me, they actually support each other.
We also talk about why it matters to feel comfortable in your own company. You don’t have to love being alone in the same way I do, but there is something really powerful about learning to be with yourself and trust yourself.
At the same time, I share why I believe so deeply in connection and relationships, and how both solitude and intimacy can exist together in a really healthy, aligned way.
This is really about understanding your own balance and what you need more of.
