Ep. 31 You Already Know What You Want. This Is What’s Missing
This episode about one of the many layers I work on with my clients. The work I do with you can be done alone and this is one idea that we work on together- courage and gumption. Both are necessary when we’re growing, changing, and trying to build a life that feels like ours.
I talk about the difference between courage and gumption and how they work together. This isn’t about big, loud bravery. It’s about the quiet moments where you choose to listen to yourself, say the thing, take the step, or move toward something that feels uncertain. The life you want is often on the other side of those small, honest, courageous decisions and learning to trust yourself enough to act on them.
Key Themes:
Courage versus gumption
Growth requires both honesty with yourself and willingness to act
You can build courage through small, everyday moments
Not all courage is loud
Fear and anxiety don’t disappear, but courage can grow alongside them
The things you’re drawn to are not random. They’re pointing you somewhere
Your life changes when you start acting on what you already know
