Ep. 34 Is Your Sexuality Actually Yours?

In this episode, I share the beginning of a project that has been sitting with me for years and is finally ready to take shape. It's more than a project, but the whole idea I have around our intimate self. Not just sexuality, but the deeper connection to who you actually are in your body, your desires, your relationships, and your sense of self. There’s so much noise around what intimacy is supposed to look like, from media to wellness trends to the ways we’ve learned to label and define ourselves. This is about stepping back from all of that and getting more honest answers to what is actually yours. This episode is a starting point for that exploration, and an introduction to a body of work I’m building around intimacy, self-trust, and finding safety and empowerment in your own experience.
