I think a lot about what it actually means to live authentically, especially when who you are today looks very different from who you were a few years ago. And in a space where authenticity has become a buzzword. This episode is really reflective of my own evolution, the experiences that have shaped me, and what it means to let those experiences become part of my wisdom. I also talk about a personal balance between vulnerability, privacy, what I share publicly and allowing what feels aligned to change as we change. How do we find balance to ensure the life we’re presenting to the world feels true to who we are now.
