Ep. 12 What if Choosing Hard Things Led to the Most Beautiful Things In Your Life?
Lately, I’ve been in a reflective season—quiet mornings, clarity work, shedding what no longer fits, and asking myself some honest questions about where I’m headed next. In this episode, I explore a theme that keeps coming up for me again and again: choosing hard things.
Not the kind of hard that causes harm or keeps us stuck, but the kind that asks us to be intentional. The kind that leads to growth, integrity, and a deeper understanding of ourselves and how we relate to the people around us.
I talk about the difference between staying where it’s easy versus choosing a path that stretches you. How comfort can slowly numb us to possibility. How many of us stay in jobs, relationships, or versions of ourselves simply because leaving feels overwhelming, even when we know there’s more waiting for us.
This episode is about dreams, risk, and determination. About the courage it takes to choose discomfort in service of a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and alive. And about trusting that the hardest paths often lead to the most beautiful places. Even when we can’t fully see what’s on the other side yet.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, restless, or quietly aware that there’s a different version of your life calling you forward, this episode is for you.
