The “Shoulds” We Carry Into Intimacy
When we get stuck worrying about how we should be, we limit what we are capable of. We often don’t even know what is possible within our sexuality when we have closed ourself off because of worry about what we should be.
Normal is Not The Goal
Our sexuality is not about being normal or performing. Nor is our sexual experience the best when our focus is on performing, so that we can be considered normal or that we do it right. Our intimate self flourishes when we step out of the concern for doing it right and step into what feels good for us.
